Proven Marketing Club is run by Adem Rexhepi, a senior performance marketing strategist with over a decade in paid media. The Club exists because most agencies are built to scale headcount, not results, and that incentive structure produces predictable, mediocre work.
How I got here.
I started in performance marketing in 2014 and spent the first five years convinced the industry was structurally broken in specific, fixable ways. It still is.
Most agencies are optimized for the agency, not the client. Junior teams handle the actual work. Senior strategists handle the sales calls. Reporting is designed to justify the retainer, not to surface uncomfortable truths. Creative gets approved because it looks good in a deck, not because it sells.
I built Proven Marketing Club to run the practice the way it should be run: small, senior, accountable, measured. Every account is led directly by me. Every dollar has a job. Every campaign has a hypothesis. We say no to more clients than we say yes to, because the math of doing this work well requires focus.
What we work on.
Performance marketing for operators across home services, e-commerce, healthcare, and B2B services. Past brands include AG1, T-Mobile, Lionsgate, AMC Theatres, and the New York Rangers, among others. We take on a small number of accounts at any given time.
How to work with us.
The first conversation is a fit call. If we’re aligned on how the work should run, we move into a paid audit. If the audit surfaces a path worth pursuing, we move into engagement. We don’t pitch, we don’t compete on price, and we don’t take on accounts we don’t believe we can move.
