Use of this site.

This site is published by Proven Marketing Club LLC for informational purposes. Content is provided as-is. Nothing on this site constitutes a contract, an offer, or a guarantee of services. The act of submitting an inquiry does not create a client relationship.

Engagements.

Client engagements are governed by the master services agreement and statement of work signed at the start of an engagement. Those documents supersede anything published on this site. If any term on this page conflicts with a signed engagement agreement, the engagement agreement controls.

Intellectual property.

All content on this site, including copy, design, and brand assets, is the property of Proven Marketing Club LLC. The work we produce inside engagements is owned per the terms of the relevant statement of work. Typically transferred to the client upon final payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Confidentiality.

We treat client information as confidential. We do not publish client work without written permission. In return, we expect that our methodologies, frameworks, and proprietary processes are not redistributed by clients or prospects without the same written permission.

Liability.

Marketing performance depends on factors outside any single party’s control. We do not guarantee specific outcomes. Liability for any engagement is limited per the terms of the relevant statement of work, typically capped at fees paid in the preceding three months.

Updates.

These terms may be updated periodically. The version in effect at the time of an inquiry or engagement governs that interaction.
